Monitor Stripe, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo Together — Without Five Dashboards

Why one view of revenue, acquisition, and retention beats jumping between tools.

← Back to blog

You use Stripe, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo (and maybe more). Each has a dashboard. None gives you one view of "what's driving revenue and what's about to break." Here's why one view beats five and how to get there.

Why one view matters

Revenue is the outcome. The causes are in acquisition (Meta), conversion (store + Klaviyo), and payment (Stripe). When revenue moves, the cause might be in any of those. If you're jumping between tools, you're slow to connect the dot. One view — revenue plus the main levers (CAC, conversion, recovery, LTV) — lets you see the full picture and act on the right lever.

What "together" means

Not one login to rule them all (you'll still use each tool). It means: one place that pulls the signals that matter (e.g. ad spend and ROAS, Klaviyo recovery and revenue, Stripe MRR and churn) and links them to revenue. So when something's off, you see "revenue down because X" instead of "revenue down in Stripe; now check Meta; now check Klaviyo."

How other tools approach it

Unified e‑com dashboards (e.g. Triple Whale) aggregate e‑com and often ad data into one view. They're strong at reporting. They don't typically find root cause or run the fix in your stack. We do: we monitor Stripe, Meta, Klaviyo, and your other connected tools; we find the cause; we run the fix (with your approval) so you're not just watching — you're acting from one place.

A practical framework

Step 1: List the metrics that drive revenue in each tool (e.g. Meta: ROAS, CAC; Klaviyo: recovery rate; Stripe: MRR, churn). Step 2: Get them in one place (dashboard, warehouse, or a monitoring layer). Step 3: When revenue moves, correlate with those metrics; the one that moved first or most is the candidate cause. Step 4: Automate 2–3 and add suggested action so you're not jumping between five dashboards.
